So I gonna like this griddle. Was so nice having everything right there in the kitchen! It's no Blackstone but works good enough until things cool down around here than may think twice about it. The hash turned out really good. Best thing about making a corned beef.

I think gonna just leave the griddle on stove and cover with something than put induction burners on top. I still need come up with better trap. The 2 back burners are small and lot of space between them. If I could only find a metal or foil tray that was only 1/2' tall. Not having much luck with searches.

Maybe this would work?

Looks over 1/2" high. That the trouble I having. the griddle only has just over 1/2" clearance.

I finding some tray made out of silican that good to 550 degrees. I wonder if these would work putting hot oil in them?

Look up bedside change trays. I found some out of aluminum and they are definitely under half inch. Also look up metal tip trays

Nice piece of work Brian, Like! So where does the grease go? RAY
It goes in this little tray. Probably OK for most things but bacon. I did 4 pieces to season and filled it up. The griddle suppose to go with the trap in front and trap fits between the front burners. I wanted the lip in front and now have plenty room for bigger trap between 2 small back burners.
