Corn Beef will be going on sale soon, so decided to thaw one out for dinner.

I hate all the spices getting mixed in the Cabbage,I use a Tea Ball

Sliced tender and juicy

Plated I had Mustard an Horseradish

Gary I use a pre-made Pickling spice mix,it is basically the same as if you made a Home Made Corned Beef

Our brisket prices jumped .70¢ a lb in the last few weeks. I just paid $3.39 lb and my one for corned beef was just $2.69 lb
