Corn beef!

Is anyone still on now ?
I know its late!?
I soaked a flat Corn beef. store bought.
Its seems to be a bit WHITE!?
I changed out the water after 4 hrs.
then did another soak over night.
Water was red, like the meat, but white?
Its been boiling for a few hrs now.
Not sure why its white?
Guess its from the over soak ?
going to cut a small pc off ?, Hope its OK?

Just the outside, mostly the fat was WHITE?

Mostly boiled out proteins. Pretty common when cooking corned beef in this manner.
