Doing a little "Thanksgiving " for the people that work with me. Got a case of St Louis Ribs, Rubbed them down with my rub and maple syrup last night and fired up the smoker at 6am

How wide is your grates?  I have been trying to estimate how many of slabs I could fit on mine and this is the best shot I have seen of ribs cooking so far, anywhere!

Thanks,

According to everyone here, they turned out "damn good',...... makes me feel good to hear they appriciate my cooking....

Here's one response:

Thank you so much for those wonderful ribs, I really wasn't expecting them to taste the way they did. My experience with ribs

will never ever be the same, cause you can cook them for me :)~

Not just good, the best that I have had since my dad used to fix them. Oh and your sauce was excellent even though the ribs needed very little to make them better.

Have a wonderful rest of vacation and a Happy Thanksgiving.

Lee
