We were somewhere between 2-3’ to your south (northern Colorado). Tough to tell exactly with the wind drifting everything. No smoking today...just moving snow.Final report, the storm is winding down. I've already starting digging out. I measured 27" in my driveway this afternoon.. Yes, that's a yardstick in the snow. I should finish the job tomorrow and put this one to bed.

Many years past I was in Denver about this time of the year.Friends flew INTO Denver Friday, hope they get out tomorrow or our friend and daughter probably a murder/suicide in the making![]()
That's a hard one to answer. The plows are only focusing on the main arterial streets, the county plows are battling drifting, and every road is closed. Most businesses are closed today and probably tomorrow. Fire trucks and ambulances are getting stuck. The good news is the temps are in the high 30's. Cheyenne which is 180 miles to the south got somewhere over 30". Here is a photo of downtown from last night.I broke out the the snow blower once this winter.

Yep, flood warnings have gone out since we'll see temps in the 50's in the coming days. Meanwhile, even plows are getting stuck. That's quite a dump of snow. Thats going to stick around for a while, or start some flooding if you get a quick melt.
Hang in there,
David
There's a big penalty for doing that around here. Plus the towing bill...
And this guy decided to take a drive on the interstate to see how well his car handled.... he was stranded for several hours waiting to be rescued.
