We have a fairly large church. Two services on Sunday’s. We have a parking lot crew that helps with traffics flow between services. No matter the weather they are out there. I did a cook for them in appreciation.

Two 9 pound butts all prepped up while TATANKA gets to temp.

I can’t brag on Joel, seenred seenred , enough on this build. Get a good coal bed going. Add a split about every hour and she just chugs along.

4 hours in, color coming along well. And at 6 hours I foil panned and covered them. Just used a mustard binder and Killer Hogs seasoning on them.

12 slabs of BB ribs with the same Killer Hogs seasoning. Did a 3-1.5-1.5 on them. Went A Little far and were more FOTB than I liked them.

Finshed product. Bottom rack got a bit more done. But they ate good. PP pulled and hand shredded easily. And of course gotta have them Dutches wicked beans.
I was told there were no leftovers so I guess it was a hit. Did this last Saturday.

Thanks for looking,
Jim

What you did is a great service to the volunteers and the church. Nice work. Great looking food. FOB is still good eating. I know I wouldn't turn it down.
