Bear
He's inspired me more than once for sure!

Bear, keep it up sir!
Thank You Much CB !!

I reckon about 1,000 of those posts was Bear answering my questions about my first MES.  THANKS BUDDY.  And congrats.

Sorry. I don't think the 20,000 posts is such a big deal. What is a big deal is all the people Bearcarver has helped, the knowledge he's spread and the respect he has from all of us. His quality is way more impressive than his quantity.

I would not have enjoyed the last few years of smoking nearly as much without his generosity with his skill and knowledge.

Salute to Bear!

Hey Disco, couldn't agree with you more, but the majority of those post are Quality, not quantity  I have enjoyed all his post and Step by Steps, I would not have jumped into curing if it wasn't for Bear.

Such as---I just mowed today because it was Dry enough, instead of waiting for my day off, when the grass is wet.

I'm late on this but sooo glad I caught it.

I have to give a big THANK YOU!  To Bear as well.

From the "ham eye", to the Canadian bacon, to ribs, to cold smoking, to the brisket that I have on the smoker right now,

Your step by steps and willingness to help is priceless!

Whenever I have had a question and pm'd, I got a quick helpful response.

Congrats on 20k, and most important, Thanks for all you provide to this forum.
