Being a fairly new member to this forum I was searching around on this site to see what some of the things were and found something by a member called Bearcarver this being the photos of his carvings what a master he is. Reading some of his time and patience given to all know as his step by step I became interested in one call Canadian bacon. I have been a novice smoker for years doing ribs, beef and fowl I thought it was time to expand my interest in smoking. Finding pork lions at a very good price I started asking questions of the Master and I may say that his last 500 post was probably to me in his help to getting me through this project. Which now is ready to slice. Always there to help no matter what I had to ask to get through this project. What a great dedication of time and experience in helping those that so asked how he exceled in his help to all with his step by step. Surely a never ending dedication to his fellow man kind.

Sorry I don't live closer although you probably would lock your door and say here comes pita again damn.

There is no way to top the many nice things the many members have already said about you. But I can say what a nice experience it has been having your help and experience and patience helping me. Now ready to try something else new maybe another 500 post coming.

I bow to the MASTER
