Great Job on that smoker. Looking forward to seeing it in action. BTW welcome to the site.

Chris

And hats off to you for the classic old school double stacks....the perfect set up to eliminate creosote build up in the smoke chamber. What angle did you use for the pipe feeding the smoke chamber?

The double stack idea I got off this forum.

Less than 1 degree.

Overall goal was to get a temp range up to 300DegF but also be able to tune it down for cold smoking.

<thumbs up>

You will get the perfect TBS to the smokehouse-even while cold smoking....you can get the perfect fire and use the stack to regulate the heat....it really is the perfect set up.

Yup I see your near Hagerstown.
There is a Pa Gathering in Sept in Port Matilda about 2 hrs. from you think about joining us.
Look under events and see the info and the last 2 years photos. A lot of fun.

Warren

Well I couldn't wait on finishing the brick to fire it up and run a burn test.

Hit 325 F after 40 minutes and then pulled the temp back with the dampers. Really excited for the first cook!!!
