    Welcome to the forum glad to have you on board. Where you located in Md may just have to stop by when you fire that up. :emoji_laughing:

    X2!
    Did you build that aluminum door or buy it? And is the smokehouse chamber an old refrigerator or custom built?

    And hats off to you for the classic old school double stacks....the perfect set up to eliminate creosote build up in the smoke chamber. What angle did you use for the pipe feeding the smoke chamber?

    The double stack idea I got off this forum.

    Less than 1 degree.

    Overall goal was to get a temp range up to 300DegF but also be able to tune it down for cold smoking.

    <thumbs up>

    You will get the perfect TBS to the smokehouse-even while cold smoking....you can get the perfect fire and use the stack to regulate the heat....it really is the perfect set up.
