Sorry for the slow response, completely missed the post. Depends a lot on how heavy you are throwing the smoke to it and the temp of the bird when you started IMO. I would probably move it around 100 to 110 personally, but really that would just take some experimenting to find the right time for your preference on taste/smokiness.
