Hello all. I was wanting yours thoughts on using different rubs. My base is going to be jelepeno then apple rub and the pecan rub....any thoughts...yah or nah
I have used two on one cook and combined into a jar. Use the same amount on your meat to avoid over salting.
for example I rubbed some baby bacs with Yardbirds and Sweet Money. Killer combo. I just go lite with both.
I also combined the last of a coffee rub with another last of a brisket rub. very good. just need to sample the combo before the point of no return.
