I  am looking to build a Collapsible Plywood Smoke house.  right now I would only use the smoker a few times a year, and would like to be able to break down the unit and store when not in use.  I Live in South Dakota and temps during hunting season are anywhere from 40 degrees to -10.

On the corners I could use some type of door hinge where i could remove the hing pin to break it down.  does anyone have any great Ideas?

thanks

Unless you have some type of gasket it will leak a bit of smoke. Cork or RTV might work for a gasket material. You could also line the corners with aluminum foil instead of using a gasket. It sounds doable to me.

Instead of aluminum foil use aluminum roof flashing to seal the corners.I will be reusable to save some
