hey there fellow sausage makers, I am going to be making some sticks and I need to buy some casings, I have never used collagen casings so I am looking for some advice

the smallest stuffing tube I have is 10mm, now normally I use natural sheep casings,  I can get 22/24 on the tube and if I am careful I can get them to work but they are tight

as I understand it with collagen casings are sized kinda different, so the big question is....

What would the smallest size casing be that I could use on my 10mm tube, without any headaches

Thanks in advance

Harry

I use 19 mm casings on a 3/8" tube, Which is the same as you 10mm. never a problem loading.
