I’ve always wanted to cold smoke my dry cured sausages. This inspires me to do so! Thanks for posting.

With this great tube it's a snap!! Just perfect, no heat just SWEET BLUE!!

So I guess I can smoke cheese on my pellet smoker?Where would it be best to place the tube?

D.S. this tube is just PERFECT for cheese, I've done quite a few!! No heat at all to speak of!! I just place it according to where the smoke will vent out, so for example if your vent is to the right of smoker place tube below cheese and to the left...this way smoke drifts towards the vent.
