I built a cold smoker out of my old gas Smoky Mountain smoker by removing the burner and covering the bottom hole then on the side vent I cut it larger to accept a 6" angle to a 24" straight to another angle 6" black stove pipe into a Char Grille fire box. It works great, my problem is and Im not sure if this a problem there is a lot of water or sweat, Is this normal? Will this affect my food like give it a bitter taste? Is this because I run to much smoke or does it matter.

Thanks,

The outside temperature was 30ish and my smoker was 90-95
