Same here... as long as my grill marks are running this way ... ///// Asked a friend how he wanted his steak.. he replied... "Doesn't matter, as long as my grill marks are this way, /////" (using his finger to show grill marks)
 
thinking the tube was for the cold smoking session of the cook.. just didn't remove it before dumping hot coals in...
 
Yep. I just poured the hot on top of the tube after an hour of cold smoke
 
Quite an interesting machine there lemans.
I particularly like your balance weight to counter the two - one balance.
I've always liked a rotisserie for stuff on the barby.
How'd they taste? As good as they look?
 
Better. Took them to 135 and let them rest 15mins. Very exotic rub.. salt pepper and garlic!!!awesome
