To cold here to cook outside so went to the freezer and took out a bag of PP and a bag of roto turkey. Will make slaw and charro beans. Nothing like smoked meat on a cold winters day.

What are you guys cooking? I know a lot of you are under house arrest.

Well, the snow finally stopped here and I got my driveway cleared. I tried to talk myself into firing up the Recteq and smoking these wings before they went in the air fryer, but after a cocktail or two I decided to stay inside. Tossed them in some homemade hot sauce. Tasted great, but going to pay for it yet…

Jalapeno Pineapple brats for lunch, Cherry Chunks and some Mesquite Chips.
TriTip with Tuffy Stone Seasoning I got for Christmas. About 1hr on smoke of Cherry and Pecan Chips and finished in Cast Iron pan. Garden Taters from cellar using Potato Slayer and some Italian seasoning and course black pepper
