Cold smoke for xmas

So I could wait to use the tube smoker and q mat that I won from Todd from his Thanksgiving Contest
So I started with almonds in s mixture of 1/4 cup worcestersire sauce
1Tbs hot sauce


1/4 brown sugar
1 hour in fridge
Then I dried them in a salad spinner!!!!
Next placed them a a q mat
Cut my cheese blocks in half and put them on Bradley rack for easy handling
Put a mixture on cherry and hickory pellets into the tube and lit it.
For the next 4 hours I had beautiful smoke coming out of the stack
What a great product!! Todd thank you
You did it again!!!!
 
Looks great. I love the salad spinner idea.
