Coaches cook (lots of q-vue)

Bryce, my 13yo son, wanted to do a cook for his football coaches. I agreed as long as he did most of the work. So a 10 PD butt,3 slabs of ribs, my version of Dutch’s wicked beans, cole slaw , and we cheated and got store bought tater salad.
Bryce did a good job of trimming the butt and ribs, and prepping everything. The Masterbuilt gas passer did a great job of maintaining temps and rolling good smoke off the cherry chunks.
He was proud of himself and the coaches all raved over the meal.
