Cleaning up

After two smokes this weekend (first two ever) I put all the removeable parts of my MES 30 into the dishwasher on all heavy duty settings. I'll let you know how it works out.

Should work out pretty good!  I have a friend that does that after each cook as well.

I do that all the time. Works great. Only once did they not come completely clean but that was after 4 or so smokes. Just ran them through again and they came out looking brand new.

couple burn-ons and a few stains but everything came pretty clean and I can trust that it's food-safe.
