Cleaning out the fridge

Apparently we bought a lot more cheese than we needed for the trip to Maine. So I figured why let it sit in the fridge unused.

Fired up the AMNPS with a mix of pecan and corn cob (thanks for the super quick shipping Todd). Smoke smells very sweet.
