Hey everyone. I just had a problem with the burner in my fireboxAttachment 21837

for my homemade upright smoker
Attachment 21838
the propane burner had too big of flames(too much yellow flame)
burned the wood chunks too hot and made a ashy sooty smoke. My smoker still smells like that. any suggestions on cleaner?? I thought I would try some MEAN GREEN degreaser...Biodegradable. It is supposed to rinse clean with water. anybody use anything special.

Personally I use a scrapper then a pressure washer don't forget to re-season it when you get it cleaned up
