Hey y'all. I have the masterbuilt 40" smoker. I am looking for some advice and suggestions on cleaning my smoker. I've heard that not cleaning it poses no risk of food contamination and keeps it seasoned. Im worried if I clean it with a harsh degreaser that it could alter the flavor of the food giving it a chemical taste or flavor. Do I need to clean it? If so, how often and with what?
