Found this deal on CL that was about 75% complete until I got her home, a few beers and a little dreaming turned into a nice project. Here's the day I got it home

Looks like a nice starting point. How does it smoke?

Not for sure. Haven't got to build a fire in it yet. Doors had to be sealed and I Didnt like the hot water heater tank on the vertical so off it went. I have got to new vertical pipe on and door cut and sealed. Only work on it a few hours here and there. Here's what she looks like today

Still will need to put stops or counter balance for the doors. Next step I'm planning on getting my grates built. Been busy on a pipe fence job that popped up. Been taking most of my weekend time. Should have it done this weekend and then back to smoker.

It's been a month or so but finally got to do a little work on the smoker. Very little. Got the racks started and the stack done.

Got a little more done over the weekend. Round racks complete handle on door and added a sausage rack in the top. Ordered my temp gauges and springs for the handles. Q views soon to come!
