Had a hankering for some poppers so got some Jalapeno peppers and seen some Cilantro close by and thought to my self why not chop some up and add to the cheddar and cream cheese? . Think I have found myself a new favorite. Will add a little more the next time as I went lite .

Thought I had some thin bacon at home and was thick cut, hard to wrap thick cut but worked out laying it on top , Had a chuck roast and ground it up for hamburger steaks, love the 1836 rub

So the poppers were done in an oven and the burgers on a griddle? Can't tell from the pics.
I love cilantro too. Mixing it in cream cheese or sour cream sounds like a real winner.

Great looking food!
