Looks Great, Robert!!
Too much work for me. I'd have to call for my Back-up "Mrs Bear".
Nice Job, as usual !

I have a pretty fair collection of Commercial non stick Calphalon and an All Clad.

Funny you should say this Jeff. When Tracy and I got married we received a ton of gift cards as gifts. All Tracy wanted was a Dyson vacuum and all I wanted was a full set of professional grade Calphalon. We both got what we wanted. Over the past couple years though I'm getting more and more into using the CI though.

Nice cook . Steak looks perfect . Cast iron works great .

Thanks Chop, and yes, I'm having a good time with the CI. Managed to come up with several new things to enjoy that have been cooked this way.

That's awesome Robert! And I'm with the rest of them...always enjoy your creativity, especially using CI, so keep them coming. I think sawhorseray would use his cast iron more but probably got shipped to him in his unopened 360 air fryer box! :emoji_laughing:

Very much appreciate it Ryan. I heard a rumor that Ray might actually break out (break in??) his CI yesterday. Time will tell....Another rumor has it that he did finally at least open the box for the 360 :emoji_laughing:

Keeping the rumor mill running,
Robert

Did any of that cheese crisp up? That’s my favorite, eating the burnt stuck on cheese. They’re crispy cheesy chips.

Thanks Joe, and yes. The cheese that'd around the steak and on the bottom of the skillet did crunch up and char just a bit. That was amazing when loaded onto a piece of that Ray bun.

Thank you Bear but in all actuality this was a very simple meal. The whole thing only took 15 minutes or so to put together and another 5 minutes or so to cook. Kind of a simplistic, off-the-cuff dinner that just happened to come out very well.

I gotta move closer to TX! Awesome grub Robert!

Well come on down brother!! We sure as heck could put on some good food AND it ain't snowing here. Matter of fact, I just finished dialing the pool in for the week and am about to go jump in to make sure it's perfect.

Don't you have to chop a hole in the Ice first???
Oh, wait---Texas! I'm thinking of PA.
