Hello everyone

I would consider myself a CI newbie. Where/how would you suggest I start to enjoy some beginner cooks with CI?

I recently acquired a CI skillet and two dutch ovens. I've got the skillet cleaned up and seasoned. I still need to work on the dutch ovens.

CI intrigues me as just another cool way to cook and add some variety to what I am doing beyond just smoking and grilling meat.

I've got a gas smoker and gas grill. Not opposed to using them on the stove or oven either. I don't have any interest in using coals or open fire.

I've made a dip in the skillet that was great. That has been it.

I guess I'm just curious on some things to start on? A bit overwhelming.
