Hey all, another CI cook! My smoker is likely thinking I’ve abandoned it at this point!

Anyway, cooked up some elk backstrap and some asparagus in some Slap Ya Mama seasoning!

Was a tasty meal… sorry for the lack of pics!

Seasoned with Killer Hogs AP!

Few minutes in the CI… plated with some asparagus! Simple but tasty!

Sorry, not many pics but thought I’d share!

A fine looking meal Justin, good job on that! RAY

Nice plate of Elk bites, looks and sounds tasty

Elk is on my list to have right up there with Bison ( but at least bison is in our store once in a while )

Awesome meal. I would have a plate of that for sure

I'm not big on wild game, but that plate sure looks delicious Justin.

Point for sure
Chris

Heck yeah Justin, I actually prefer Elk over beef in many cooks. So delicious and yours looks like I’d be elbow deep in it. Nice work.

Nice! Looking forward to the opportuntiy to harvest an elk and totally indulge in the feast of it thereafter!
