I Smoke this 3 lb chuck roast 7 hours at 225. Took it of and cubed it up and smothered it with BBQ sauce for two more hours. Good stuff!

Looks great! Smoked chuck is underrated in my book! Burnt ends look great!

That looks wonderful Ishi, you can't beat chuckies, they're very versatile.

Looks great. One of the next things I want to do is burnt ends and a chuckie is what I thought might work well (and I have a couple in the freezer. I did a cook this weekend with a brisket and pork butt and was going to use the brisket point for burnt ends but ended up giving it to one of our house guests to take home :(
