I Smoke this 3 lb chuck roast 7 hours at 225. Took it of and cubed it up and smothered it with BBQ sauce for two more hours. Good stuff!

Looks great. One of the next things I want to do is burnt ends and a chuckie is what I thought might work well (and I have a couple in the freezer. I did a cook this weekend with a brisket and pork butt and was going to use the brisket point for burnt ends but ended up giving it to one of our house guests to take home :(
