My wife prides herself on her crock-pot beef chuck recipes so I never get to smoke one. (Do a lot of pork butts though.) I can only dream about what smoked pulled beef smells like!

Nice chuck. I love pulled beef chuck over brisket these days.
I did a small one yesterday on my jumbo joe. Color good, but no bark.
You guys are terrible! Anyone from North Dakota should have bigger piles of snow than I do in this warm balmy state of Iowa!
