This is a late post since I was smoking all weekend and didn't get a lot of sleep. Plus my wife is out of town and it's just me and the kids so I've been a little busy. Anyway, my neighbor asked me to cook something for her daughters graduation party so she bought a chuck eye roll. I have never cooked one so I was a little worried.
This guy weighed about 14 lbs. Smoked it for 7 hours then put into a 225 degree oven until 1130 Sunday morning.
