Man that looks good, Could have used some of that here the last month!!! We had 17" of snow in the last month and today it is 60, Yesterday almost 70..... And next few weeks nice again. Screwy weather up here.

Thanks Canuck! Was pretty darn tasty :) I heard about the weather, my Dad and his buddies have been duck and goose hunting outside Winnepeg (I realize that's a ways away from Albert but similar weather pattern) since last Friday, crazy stuff!
 
I did ox tail back in September, sorry no pics. smoked for 3.5 hours then in a pan with beef broth for 1.5 hours at 250 degrees. I LOVED THEM !!!! the smoke taste along with with the beef broth, the flavor was out standing!! I will do them again and in fact i have some i will be doing this Sunday. I will try to post some pics.
