Happy holidays all!! So I work tomorrow so we celebrate Christmas today. Going to do a traditional ham in the oven, but the main for me is the turkey going in MES. Stuffing with onion, Apple, and garlic. Rubbing it down and throwing it in. More to come

sounds like a plan ... what time is dinner ??? we only live about 45 minutes away

Are you spatching it ?? if so will be half of that pretty much .. make sure internal temp is 165 - 170 ...

Nope throwing her in whole. Last time the 14 lb bird came out in 6.5 hours.. I was shocked that fast. Sometimes the process gets to me because I have to have it done by dinner but I don' want it done too early but obviously can' have it not cook in time. Oh the agrivations of inexperience

Your cook a lot faster then mine do. Mine have took 9 hours at 275. I must have been spritzing to much lol
