Christmas sausage

Got busy and made 38lbs. of my family's Italian sausage today. Part of my Christmas sampler pack for family gifts. I'm the only one carrying on the tradition. My grandkids are 4 and 8 years old. They're showing interest in helping me. Hopefully they can carry on.

Nice job Shooter . Aunt on my wife's side used to do Christmas . Homemade ravioli . As people in the family started to pass away ,, the tradition slowed ,,, then stopped . It's a shame really .
