Got the roast at Winn Dixie...

Covered with SPOG yesterday and wrapped up in the fridge overnite...

Cranked the WSM to 145 with yard pecan for smoke..

I usually yank them out at 130 or less..but the guests like med rare so out at 135, foiled and into the cooler for 1.5 hours..

Made plenty of other stuff this week to go with dinner..

Sides were.. acorn squash at 350 with butter and brown sugar, deviled eggs, fresh green beans,peas, mashed red taters,gravy and a few other things.

Coconut macaroons,baklava,vanilla ice cream and whipped cream for dessert.

The best darn beef you could imagine today..could cut it with a fork..

Looks yummy!  I have a 15 pound ham in the oven....Fam voted for oven ham...not smoked.  Dang it!  That looks great!
