Did a big brunch with my family this morning. Momma wanted to keep it low key tonight. Picked a bonless rib roast and sliced off some. Some meat that is not fingers like some other people did today. 🤣. Usually Im not allowed to smoke prime rib but well she was napping when it needed to go on. First pic right after it went on. Second a few minutes ago. Hour and a halfish in. Plans for twice baked potatoes also.

Awesome looking piece of meat. I just bought 2 of the silicon racks you have, love them. Looks like you ate well. Thermometer here in Alberta hit -31 so no grilling, glad you guys had a nice feed.

Merry Christmas

I randomly picked them up to save pork shoulder drippings. I use them on everything now. I really like them a lot. Also, easy to clean.

I hope everyone had a good Christmas. Damn that feels nice to be able to say.

If feeling like a fat tick qualifies as a good Christmas then I definitely qualify! Was a great weekend with family! And had Christmas at mother in laws today...my brother in law smoked the prime rib
