this year after discovering smoking meat i smoked a turkey breast and a brisket both turned out as the best i have ever had . i put the brisket on at 9pm and smoked it till 10am the next morning at 225-230 then i put the turkey on and cooked it till 230 or so and they were awsommmmmmmmmmm, i want to thank all here i have learned sooooo much by stalking the forums and soaking up the advice that is given out. hopefully the picks will cooperate and show up.
