Hello, my name is joe and I’m new to smoking but I’m a PRO at eating! I have a stainless electric masterbuilt smoker. But I want to build a smoker soon. I hunt and fish so I have the opportunity to try different meats. I look forward to learning all I can and hopefully help some. I would appreciate advice on building a smoker. Best fuel types and how to build a decent inexpensive smoker. Thanks to everyone! And Smoke on brother!
