Lol… most people here use kiawi (mesquite), but I’m a BIG fan of post oak.

Man you just can't go wrong with the Brutus Ribs, those look awesome and so does the Bandera smoker. I live not far from Bandera here in Texas. Congrats on the carousel ride too !!
