This is a Texas Style Chili mt family makes.  It is always a crowd pleaser and easy to adjust the heat on.

I really don't have a recipe for chili I have a whats ever in the spice rack or in the refrig chili. I do alot of things that way too. My BBq sauce is reallyt called "what's in the frig" sauce. As long as you don't put beans in the chili and keep the meat to chunks is another good thing.
