Laid them on the bottom 3 shelves and cooked at 350 for 40 min then rotated.
Every 5 min for a total of 15 min. Came out pretty good.
They were in for 50 min and there was still firmness on the skin. The inside wasn’t mush either.That’s my kinda meal, right there. Good looking wings!
I’ve had zucchini just about every way there is to have it...except smoked.
How long did you leave it in there?
