wife and I felt like eating chicken for dinner. Fired up the Lang with oak and tossed some wings with rub. Let them rest while the fire took hold.
Laid them on the bottom 3 shelves and cooked at 350 for 40 min then rotated.
Every 5 min for a total of 15 min. Came out pretty good.
 
That’s my kinda meal, right there. Good looking wings!

I’ve had zucchini just about every way there is to have it...except smoked.

How long did you leave it in there?

How long did you leave it in there?
They were in for 50 min and there was still firmness on the skin. The inside wasn’t mush either.
