Chicken Thigh Sammies (Hickory Smoked)

I try to make some Sammies out of just about any Leftovers I get from my Smokes.

Another Open Face Sammy I had to try, and they were Awesome!

Leftover Hickory Smoked Chicken Thighs were Perfect in these Sammies

Simple to make too (The way I like things).

Thanks for Visiting,

Bear

Had a Bunch of these Thighs leftover for Chicken Sammies:

Sliced up one Thigh per each Sammy:

Lay out the Slices & squirt some BBQ & Hot Sauce on top:

Melt some Cheese on top of each:

That's a great idea for chicken thighs, Bear.  Savory chicken, sauce, and cheese on a sammie - how does it get better than that!

Looks tasty bear!

One of my favorite sandwees is to chop up smoked chicken, celery, green apple add craisins, minced garlic and mix with mayo, mustard a bit of celery seed, salt pepper. Put on a slice of rye or stuff in a pita. Good stuff!

Looks great Bear! I am with you... Throw a slice of cheese in the mix and some bread and BBQ leftovers are a brand new delicious meal... Is that American cheese? My ultimate weakness haha

Yup--I love cheese on a lot of things!

That was American---I like Provolone too but we don't usually stock it.

There's always American in my Fridge.
