1.5 lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs

Marinate in:
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tablespoon ginger paste

Marinated the chicken for 3 hours, then into the wok on medium low to cook. Set the remaining marinade aside for later.

Now that the chicken is done, dump in the remainder of the marinade and bring to a low boil, then add in a cornstarch slurry and simmer until it thickens.

Slice the chicken, glaze with some of the sauce, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve with rice and broccoli.

Now clean up and get onto the next project...making giardiniera.

Thanks, I did use 3 minced garlic cloves and 1/2 tbsp of ginger paste that I forgot to include in the recipe. Editing now...good catch.
