Still raining here today but I got a fun package in the mail today that I just had to try out! Luckily I have a gasser too so the dryness of my clothes was the only issue…

Sampled them all and decided Holy Voodoo would be best for what I’m going for today.

Looks excellent!
We get souvlaki at a local Greek restaurant, and they use chicken too.
I would like to make homemade with lamb!
