Chicken Quarters

Doing some quarters in the Pit Boss vertical pellet smoker today.

Got the chicken rubbed down.

My mop is parkay, honey and lemon juice.

In the smoker @225. Mop every 25 mins both sides.

Turned out pretty good. Dinner with friends.
