Chicken on a stick. adding q-vue as i go

    Anyways I thought id share this one with you all since its always the first thing to go when i smoke and a demand when someone knows its gonna get fired up. Its stupidly simple its just boneless skinless breasts wrapped with bacon of your choice and skewered with one of those cheap bamboo jobs you can get at the evil empire. Anyways after its wrapped and poked season with your choice of fixins(i use season salt with some creole season added and a dash of lemon). Then throw the smoke to it for a couple of hours and then just cook till finished. they usually take me about 4 hours or so (i like the bacon good and leaned out).

    Sounds good, I like the idea. Reminds me of the tons of yakitori I ate in Okinawa. One question..

    Where's the Q-view??
