I've never had a chicken stall, smoke em at 275-325. That will get you some bite through skin. Those birds look great!

ECB reserve fuel left in tabletop kettle grill ..

It's just pre cooked for later to be a reheated bird. Lol I just don't want it to dry before I reheat it to make sandwiches and chicken salad.. it will all get 170 probably ..
