Today I smoked 14 chicken legs with the Vortex on my Weber. Marinated in Italian dressing for 24 hours and then seasoned with Mrs Dash"s Southwestern Chipotle. I will attempt to attach the one photo I have but no guarantee.
Smoked with Cowboy lump and a bit of mesquite. Smoked at 400 f for about 30 minutes. Got to 175 internal and they are juicy as all get out.

Thanks for posting .

Yes sir,,, those won’t last long! yummy.

Well, there are 14 of them and at two per meal they will last a while. It's this diet thingy I have going on.

Two thumbs up on those drumsticks. I absolutely love the vortex and kettle combo for chicken. It's been too long. I need to do some now.

Those Legs look Beautiful, Kruizer!!
That's the way I do it too----Limit your portions.
It's not easy, but you get used to it, and it gets easier after awhile.
Nice Job!
Like.

Looks great. I too take the legs, thighs and wings to a higher temp like you did.
