Hey all, done some chicken fried steak on
the kettle last nite with help of the
vortex.
Seasoned the cube steak with SPOG.
Run them thru a seasoned egg wash & some crushed up corn flakes.
Onto
the kettle/
vortex with some RO lump.
Plated pics, had these with some taters & gravy, green beans & French toast.
These turned out good, will definitely do this again... but I think I'll pull em just a few minutes earlier next time.
